Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is just to get to know you and to find out more about you. This meeting is free and lasts about one hour. The initial consultation will help you decide which package fits our wedding planning needs. Prior to this meeting, you will receive documents that will help us identify your taste, your style, your budget, and vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a starting point. Please fill out the Wedding information and Budget forms prior to our meeting.

The DIY Bride Special

Let us get you started! If you are a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Bride and don’t want or need a lot of planning services, we can help you get started. We provide a meeting for up to three hours to help you get started and identify the tools you’ll need to stay on track.

• Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Budget planning assistance

• Finding your wedding style

• Custom planning plan to help show you where to go from here based on the meeting

• Vendor recommendations

• Budget advice

Package Starts at $1,000.00

Wedding Day Coordination

A Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride and groom, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working towards. Wedding Coordination Services include the following:

• Consultation and continuous communication starting 60 days from the day of the wedding.

• Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (weeks prior to wedding)

• Wedding day timeline, contact list, and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule.

• Creation and communication of event schedule for your wedding party and family

• Will conduct wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics.

• Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors.

• Act as a liaison between bride, family, and vendors

Package Starts at $2,500.00

Partial Wedding Planning

So, you’ve started, but need help making the next steps. Partial Wedding Planning can be anywhere in between Full Wedding Production and Wedding Day Coordination. Let us create the right package for you, wherever you are in the planning process.

Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Consultation and continuous communication from day of contract

• Guidance with finding and securing vendors

• Will assist with negotiations and finalization of vendor contracts.

• Provide guidance on wedding design

• Vendor contact to confirm day-of details

• Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule.

• Event Schedule for your wedding party and family

• Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics

• Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors.

• Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors.

• Access to our wedding day emergency kit

Package Starts at $3,500.00

Full Wedding Planning

We’ll take care of each and every detail from start to finish. Our job is to give you options that work best within your budget. Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Consultation and continuous communication

• Guidance with finding and securing vendors

• Guidance with Venue selection (up to three venue site visits together)

• Month by month task list

• Negotiations and finalizing vendor contracts.

• Oversee wedding design for all aspects of the event

• Vendors contact throughout the process, including onsite meetings.

• Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule.

• Event Schedule for your wedding party and family

• Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics, including altar arrangements.

• Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors.

•  Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors.

• Access to our wedding day emergency kit

 Package Starts at $5,000.00

Notes: Travel outside of Charlotte, NC is not included in any of the above packages. If travel and overnight accommodations are needed additional fees will be added.
